On November 10, the Kazakh-Turkish business forum was held in Istanbul, Turkey, with the participation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Mamin and Vice-President of the Republic of Turkey F. Oktay, as well as representatives of government bodies and business circles of the two countries.
About 500 representatives of Turkish and 100 Kazakhstani business circles took a part in this forum.
The purpose of this event was to create a platform to strengthen business ties between the business circles of Kazakhstan and Turkey, as well as to discuss prospects for cooperation between the two states in the field of trade and investment.
During the event, the Chairman of the Board of the SEZ «Pavlodar» – Albek Nesipbekov made presentations on investment opportunities and presented the activities of the special economic zone.
Within the framework of the Forum, SEZ «Pavlodar», a number of important meetings were held with representatives of Turkish business in the fields of chemistry, petrochemistry, metallurgy, etc.
In addition, SEZ «Pavlodar» visited the city of Sakarya, where large industrial enterprises are located.
